RECRUITING CONSULTANT: Aly Messinger (BIO)

 

  1. FOUR 1-hour private skill based training sessions during summer or fall
    • Geared towards highlighting particular strengths and improving weaknesses of each individual
  1. Additional Review and evaluation of tournament play
  2. Additional Assistance in drafting college-level outreach emails and responses
    • Communication guidance with college coaches
    • Introduction emails
    • Timing and response critique
  1. Guidance and help of creating highlight videos and clips / film breakdown
  2. Timeline of the recruiting process & monthly individual update meetings/conference call
    • Mapping out of clinics, camps, and college visits
    • Weekly cadences in the summer 
    • September 1 preparation and support
    • Official visit and campus visit coaching
    • Assistant Commitment process
  1. **Overall additional support and guidance (with Recruiting Director) throughout the process to ensure each player feels strong about their options and recruiting process
