Sound Lacrosse North is an extension of our Sound Lacrosse girls club program aimed at providing additional high quality, local training opportunities for players in Northern Fairfield County and surrounding areas. Sound Lacrosse North will follow our Sound Lacrosse Fall-Winter Weekly training options as well as Fall and Summer Tournament Schedules.

Programming Details

Summer 2023

• Team: 3rd/4th (2031/2032)
• 2x/week practice (end of May-end of June)
• 2 June Tournaments
• July Evaluation Camp (open to any and all players)

Fall 2023

• Teams: 3rd/4th, 5th (2032/2033, 2031) **Potentially 6th (2030) based on numbers**

• 18-20 Week Fall-Winter Indoor Skill Training
• 1-2 Fall Tournaments

Summer 2024 and beyond

• Teams: 3rd/4th, 5th (2032/2033, 2031) **Potentially 6th (2030) based on numbers**

• 2x/week practice (beginning of June-Mid July)
• 3-4 Summer Tournaments (June-July)
